HOUSE BILL NO. 151 "An Act relating to magistrate jurisdiction                 
in presumptive death proceedings" was read the second time.                    
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
